Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units  

Makes approximately a large cup

2 ripe avocados

2 spring onions

2 Tbsp fresh coriander stalks, chopped

1 Tbsp limejuice

2 Tbsp sour cream

1 small tomato, de-seeded & chopped

Tabasco sauce

Salt & pepper

Method

Blend all ingredients except tomato & Tabasco.

Add tomato and lightly blend.

Season with Tabasco & salt & pepper.

This may discolour when exposed to the air, so use immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
