SMOKED SALMON & ASPARAGUS PIZZA
Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units  
  • 1 Bazaar Gourmet Pizza Base
  • 1 Tbspn mascarpone
  • ¼ cup fresh mozzarella cheese - grated
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese - grated
  • 150 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch asparagus - trimmed
  • 1 Tbspn fresh parsley - chopped
  • Capers to taste
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the pizza base onto a lightly greased baking tray.
  3. Spread the mascarpone over the pizza base and sprinkle with combined mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake pizza for 8 minutes until cheese is golden.
  5. While the pizza is baking, fill a pot with water and bring to the boil for the asparagus.
  6. Blanch asparagus for 1 minute then drain.
  7. Remove pizza from oven and top with smoked salmon, asparagus, and parsley. Garnish with capers if desired.
